LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION – VENLEO

This is to confirm that Venleo, as a subcontractor to Power China Huadong, on the TotalEnergies Hydra Storage project, is well known for civil and electrical work within their scope of work.

The main scope of Venleo on this hybrid project is the battery container platform, including all civil, electrical and mechanical work. This work included mass foundations for 28 power conversion stations and installation of 158 battery containers, together with major excavations, layer works and trenching.

Apart from this they also had to excavate, in difficult terrain, and cast foundations for 21 power transformer stations inside the PV area. In my view Venleo delivered good quality work with a well experienced management team on site. Site supervision and quality was always up to standard, together with a good health and safety record.

I would recommend Venleo for any work of this kind on renewable energy projects. Their commitment to produce on time and walk the extra mile is seldom found in this highly competitive environment.
